Perfect Peri Peri Chicken, a takeaway at 370 Sutton Common Road, Sutton was given the score after assessment on August 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Sutton's 181 takeaways with ratings, 101 (56%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
