Mayfield Lavender, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Oaks Farm, Croydon Lane, Banstead was given the maximum score after assessment on August 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Sutton's 294 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 209 (71%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
