New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Sutton’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

The Greek Vine, at 24 Ross Parade, Wallington was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 18.

And Wallington County Grammar School Kitchen, at Wallington County Grammar School, Croydon Road, Wallington was also given a score of five on November 16.

It means that of Sutton's 290 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 205 (71%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
