Good news as food hygiene ratings awarded to two Sutton restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Sutton’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Sutton’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

East And Tea Co, at 208 High Street, Sutton was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 25.

And Sutton Night Watch Homeless, at 35 Manor Road, Wallington was also given a score of five on May 24.

It means that of Sutton's 296 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 211 (71%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
