Tamashi sushi and bento, a takeaway at Former Cafe Bermondsey Tradin, Rotherhithe New Road, London was given the score after assessment on January 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Southwark's 434 takeaways with ratings, 223 (51%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
