M manze, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 87, Tower Bridge Road, London was given the score after assessment on October 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Southwark's 979 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 690 (70%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
