El marsem, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 223, Old Kent Road, London was given the score after assessment on June 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Southwark's 980 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 675 (69%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
