Favourite f.oz cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 215, East Street, London was given the score after assessment on May 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Southwark's 980 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 672 (69%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
