Tupi restaurants limited, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 206, Rye Lane, London was given the score after assessment on July 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Southwark's 948 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 640 (68%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
