Donde william, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Railway Arch 3 Elephant Mews, Elephant Road, London was given the score after assessment on January 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Southwark's 979 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 695 (71%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
