Viet quan, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Thomas A Becket, 320-322, Old Kent Road, London was given the score after assessment on December 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Southwark's 981 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 694 (71%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
