Pantry, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 28, Choumert Road, London was given the score after assessment on April 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Southwark's 981 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 669 (68%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
