A Southwark restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A Southwark restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The swan, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Shakespeare Globe Theatre, 21, New Globe Walk, London was given the score after assessment on March 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Southwark's 970 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 662 (68%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
