Shawarma hut, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 292b, Walworth Road, London was given the score after assessment on February 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Southwark's 974 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 661 (68%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
