Mem's corner cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 124, Cheltenham Road, London was given the score after assessment on March 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Southwark's 939 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 638 (68%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
