Stephanie's, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 134, Thurlow Park Road, London was given the score after assessment on March 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Southwark's 933 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 636 (68%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
