Tandoori nights, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 73, Lordship Lane, London was given the score after assessment on January 18, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Southwark's 928 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 630 (68%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
