The gladstone, a pub, bar or nightclub at 64, Lant Street, London was given the score after assessment on December 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Southwark's 203 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 146 (72%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
