New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Southwark’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Southwark’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Greggs, at Unit 8 The Aylesham Centre, Rye Lane, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 25.

And My burger, at 260, Old Kent Road, London was given a score of two on April 25.

It means that of Southwark's 472 takeaways with ratings, 262 (56%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
