New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Southwark’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Southwark’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Sushi circle, at Railway Arch 81, Enid Street, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on February 15.

And Kool caribbean, at 170, Bellenden Road, London was given a score of three on February 15.

It means that of Southwark's 461 takeaways with ratings, 247 (54%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
