New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Southwark’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Brood restaurant, at 6 Bridge Arcade, Green Dragon Court, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 29.

And Creme delights ltd, at 154, Old Kent Road, London was also given a score of four on March 29.

It means that of Southwark's 971 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 661 (68%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
