Food hygiene ratings given to two Southwark takeaways

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Southwark’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Southwark’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Los pibes, at Unit A, 40-42, Newington Causeway, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 23.

And Tops pizza, at 86, Borough Road, London was also given a score of four on November 23.

It means that of Southwark's 463 takeaways with ratings, 243 (52%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
