New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Southwark’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Shaman @ bemonds locke, at 157, Tower Bridge Road, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on October 14.

And La fogata ltd, at 34, New Kent Road, London was given a score of three on October 13.

It means that of Southwark's 972 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 687 (71%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
