Kapucin, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 18b Hill Rise, Richmond was given the score after assessment on July 31, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Richmond's 501 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 348 (69%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
