Antipodea, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 9 Station Approach, Kew was given the score after assessment on June 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Richmond's 491 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 346 (70%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
