Pembroke Lodge, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Richmond Park, Richmond was given the score after assessment on April 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Richmond's 486 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 341 (70%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
