The Top Shop, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 356-358 Richmond Road, Twickenham was given the score after assessment on August 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Richmond's 452 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 302 (67%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
