Strawberry Hill House Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Strawberry Hill House, 268 Waldegrave Road, Twickenham was given the score after assessment on August 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Richmond's 449 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 301 (67%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
