Chicago Grill, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 7 Westminster House, Kew Road, Richmond was given the score after assessment on June 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Richmond's 434 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 292 (67%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
