Sift Cakes, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 5 Mortlake Terrace, Mortlake Road, Kew was given the score after assessment on August 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Richmond's 501 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 348 (69%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
