Great Fish & Chips, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 31 Upper Ham Road, Ham was given the score after assessment on February 21, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Richmond's 464 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 313 (67%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
