Ureshi Sushi Master, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 169b High Street, Hampton Hill was given the score after assessment on August 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Richmond's 449 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 302 (67%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
