The Railway Bell, a pub, bar or nightclub at Station Road, Hampton was given the score after assessment on May 25, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Richmond's 143 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 98 (69%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
