A Richmond drinking establishment has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Hampton Ale House, a pub, bar or nightclub at The Hampton Pub, 31 Tangley Park Road, Hampton was given the score after assessment on November 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Richmond's 146 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 103 (71%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
