New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Richmond’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Avocado and Lemon, at 10 London Road, Twickenham was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 13.

And Greenwood Nursery Twickenham, at 63 Holly Road, Twickenham was given a score of one on July 13.

It means that of Richmond's 493 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 345 (70%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
