• Rated 4: Tin Tin at 75 High Street, Hampton Hill; rated on November 20

• Rated 3: Ches' Cafe at 48 Crown Road, Twickenham; rated on November 20

It means that of Richmond's 516 similar establishments with ratings, 357 (69%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
