Food hygiene ratings given to two Richmond restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Richmond’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Richmond’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Ruchi, at 87-89 Station Road, Hampton was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 15.

And The Indian Oven, at 216 Sandycombe Road, Richmond was given a score of one on March 15.

It means that of Richmond's 440 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 298 (68%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
