• Rated 1: Four Regions Restaurant at 102-104 Kew Road, Richmond; rated on October 9

• Rated 1: Thai Upon Thames at 346 Richmond Road, Twickenham; rated on July 3

It means that of Richmond's 512 similar establishments with ratings, 350 (68%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
