Icakes, a takeaway at 40 Cranbrook Road, Ilford was given the score after assessment on September 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Redbridge's 213 takeaways with ratings, 99 (46%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
