Caffe Italia 1, a takeaway at 361 High Road, Ilford was given the score after assessment on August 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Redbridge's 212 takeaways with ratings, 99 (47%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
