Chae Corner, a takeaway at 58a Ilford Lane, Ilford was given the score after assessment on August 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Redbridge's 203 takeaways with ratings, 95 (47%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
