Ocean Delight, a takeaway at 620 Chigwell Road, Woodford Green was given the score after assessment on June 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Redbridge's 199 takeaways with ratings, 98 (49%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
