And one of them is expected to cause moderate delays – with drivers facing a wait of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures are due to start this week:

M11, from 10pm December 5 to 5am December 8, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M11 northbound, junction 4, slip road closure for electrical works, diversion via Local authorities.

M25, from 9pm December 8 to 5am December 9, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 27 to junction 28, Lane closures for repair of message sign.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
