Redbridge road closures: two for motorists to avoid this week

Redbridge's motorists will have two road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And one of them is expected to cause moderate delays – with drivers facing a wait of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures are due to start this week:

• M11, from 10pm December 5 to 5am December 8, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M11 northbound, junction 4, slip road closure for electrical works, diversion via Local authorities.

• M25, from 9pm December 8 to 5am December 9, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 27 to junction 28, Lane closures for repair of message sign.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
