Redbridge's motorists will have two road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And one of them is expected to cause moderate delays – with drivers facing a holdup of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures are due to start over the next two weeks:

M11, from 10pm February 12 to 6am February 17, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M11 northbound, junction A406 link road, carriageway closure for saw cut and seal works, diversion via Local Authorities roads.

M11, from 10pm February 20 to 5am February 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M1 southbound, junction 2 to junction 1, Lane closure for emergency electrical works.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
