Redbridge road closures: six for motorists to avoid this week

Redbridge's motorists will have six road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And five of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that six closures are due to start this week:

• M11, from 10pm March 14 to 5.30am March 17, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M11 northbound, junction 4, link road and lane closure for gantry works, diversion via Local authorities.

• M11, from 10pm March 15 to 5am March 16, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M11 southbound, junction 5 to junction 4, Lane closure and link road closure for maintenance works, diversion via TFL roads.

• M11, from 11pm March 17 to 5am March 18, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M11 southbound, junction 5 to junction 4, Lane closures and link road closure for CAT1 parapet repair, diversion via TFL roads.

• M11, from 10pm March 20 to 5am March 21, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M11 northbound, junction 4, link road and lane closure for cyclic maintenance, diversion via local authorities.

• M11, from 10pm March 21 to 5am March 22, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M11 southbound, junction 5 to junction 4, Lane closure for cyclical maintenance.

• M11, from 10pm March 21 to 5am March 22, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M11 northbound, junction 4, link road and lane closure for cyclical maintenance, diversion via Local authorities.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
