Coffee & Cream, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 612 High Road, Seven Kings was given the score after assessment on September 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Redbridge's 368 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 222 (60%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
