Sweet1ne, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Lake Forest House, Forest Road, Hainault was given the score after assessment on September 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Redbridge's 365 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 220 (60%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
