Abigails Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 556 Cranbrook Road, Ilford was given the score after assessment on July 21, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Redbridge's 366 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 222 (61%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
