Chandra Express Takeaway, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 34a Woodford Avenue, Ilford was given the score after assessment on July 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Redbridge's 364 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 221 (61%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
