A Redbridge drinking establishment has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Chequers Public House, a pub, bar or nightclub at The Chequers, 2 High Street, Barkingside was given the score after assessment on April 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Redbridge's 74 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 59 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
